Leadership Montana

Leadership Montana – exists to develop leaders committed to building a better Montana through knowledge, collaboration, and civility.

A collaboration of leaders from business, labor, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and government coming together to form a strong partnership for the betterment of our state, Leadership Montana offers participants a program that strengthens leadership skills while fostering personal growth and reflection. Participants gain a deeper awareness of issues affecting Montana all while building powerful and personal connections with their classmates and network of committed alumni.

Joan Kronebusch was invited to be a member of the 2019 class of 44 people from across Montana and said, “I am really excited to be included in this class. There are lots of heavy hitters - I know some, but look forward to connecting with others.”

She attended a presentation of Leadership MT in Great Falls earlier this month. One of the presentations was on Change and this slide was included. It really hits the nail on the head with what all divisions within Town Pump are dealing with. If the slide rings true, the we will come around!
